Programs and Services
Do you need help ? We have a group of volunteers that are willing to do just that! Some of the services they can provide are: transportation to medical appointments, delivering a hot meal to you 5 days a week (MOW), chores inside/outside your home, companionship to medical appointments, friendly visiting, shopping/grocery shopping, home modifications, respite care and HIAB food program. Just call Community Partners and ask for Linda Johnson/Volunteer Coordinator at 834-8024 ext. 204, who will connect you with a volunteer.
Volunteering: What is a volunteer? It is someone who gives of themselves to help someone in need. There are people in the community who need your help! There are many different programs you can become involved in from giving people a ride to a medical appointments to spending time visiting with someone who is lonely. Being a volunteer means, the smallest things you do to help, can make a world of difference to someone. We need you, each year the list grows of those who need our help. Decide for yourself what volunteering means to you and get out into the community and make a difference!!

Health & Wellness
Health-in-a-Bag is an initiative designed to improve the nutritional status of income eligible seniors living in Two Harbors by providing healthy food. Participants are able to choose foods they want, from the variety offered. Food is distributed the third Saturday of each month. Currently distribution sites include Harbor Point, Bayview Terrace and home delivery. To participate call Community Partners prior to participating.
